costco的AE卡的cash back怎么用啊？

今年办了个costco的American Express卡，每个月能看到cash back的balance是多少，可是没找到如何redeem的方式呀？
其他的citi卡呀，chase卡，discover卡的什么的cash back都能很容易得找到如何redeem方式，这个除了告诉你balance是多少根本没有任何information呀。网站上也没有任何说明，很奇怪呀。
有知道的么请问？谢谢
