在为人父母版面上看见的organic food list。再过两三个月嘟嘟就可以吃辅食了,也许有用。收藏。

12 have to be organic:

Meat, milk, peach, apple, sweat bell pepper, celery, cherry, strawberry, grape, carrot, green leaf, pear, potato,

Does not need to buy organic:

banana, cabbage, eggplant, tomato, radish, broccoli, cauliflower, Onion, Asparagus, corn, mushroom, sweat potato, sweet pea, avocado, pineapple, mango, kiwi, papaya, watermelon, watermelon, tangerines, oranges and grapefruit, blueberry, raspberry, cranberry, honeydew melon,

貌似有皮的蔬菜无所谓有机。
