看过红帽的”培养正气的汽锅鸡”, 马上就订购了这个汽锅, 汽锅来啦,

立即就去买了只走地鸡来做这道有名的云南汽锅鸡 , 用了上次中药铺里买的药材来蒸, 鸡切块, 去掉鸡的肥油和一些皮, 加了一点酒, 盐, 没加水, 蒸了2小时, 撇掉油, 就可享用了.

药材: 黑枣, 桂圆肉, 苟芑, 党篸, 当归, 北芪, 人篸, 甘草,

汤汁真鲜, 可惜太少了, 没吃过瘾, 又买了一只韩国店的煲汤鸡再做, 这次 用了香菇, 干贝, 苟杞, 姜, 葱, 盐, 酒, 白胡椒, 加了水刚淹着鸡肉, 同样是鲜掉了眉毛, 而且鸡肉也很嫩滑.


体会: 觉得加点水, 鸡肉浸在汤里, 鸡肉很嫩, 汤也更多,更鲜.
