1杯烤麸切小块(可选项) | 1cup gluten bread cubed( optional) |
1 小勺盐 | 1 teaspoon salt |
2大勺欧芹(切碎) | 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley |
1杯切达奶酪 | 1 cup cheddar cheese |
2 大勺奶油切片 | 2 tablespoons sliced butter |
½杯高汤 | ½ cup chicken or vegetable stock |

¾ 杯面包粉 | ¾ cup bread crumbs |
¾杯切达奶酪或者莫扎瑞纳奶酪 | ¾ cup cheddar cheese or mozzarella |
1 大勺溶化的奶油 | 1 tablespoon melted butter |
做法Preparation
烤箱预热350F/Preheat the oven 350F
把材料2 的原料混合,除了奶油和高汤。
Mix ingredients 2 together except butter and stock.
In ingredients 1 , heat the olive oil in a medium , stir fry onion, thyme, about 10 minutes until the onions are clear or light browned. The last minute stir in garlic , pepper and salt cook for 1 minute. Buttered the baking pan , spread the mixture evenly.
Spread the squash mixture on the onion, pure stock, spread butter sliced. Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, evenly spread ingredients 3 cheese mixture and bake 25 minutes until the topping is golden.
