游水立鱼一条,各色泡菜少许、蒜片、姜片、盐、辣椒……鱼洗尽略煎,入石锅,另起一锅热油炒蒜片、姜片至香加入泡菜略炒加水倒入鱼锅,大火烧开小火入味,出炉前加盐即可,酸辣味鲜……
