春卷 :
牡蛎上市,空投包裹到达,葱油酥/贡糖都有了,是时候做个家乡风味的春卷了。小时候记得是现包现吃的,这里的春卷皮是冷冻的,还是煎过再吃比较安心。
材料 : (1)春卷皮,(2)五花肉切丝,香菇泡软切丝,卷心菜切丝,胡萝卜切丝,葱油酥,(3)韭菜切段,豆芽,(4)牡蛎烫熟沥干,(5)贡糖压成粉末状。
调味料 :高汤半碗,蚝油一大匙,盐/糖各半茶匙。
做法 :(1)两大匙油烧热,放进五花肉丝拌炒片刻,加入其它材料(2)翻炒,加入所有调味料,转旺火拌炒至汤汁收干,放进材料(3)拌均即可。(2)摊开春卷皮,铺上适量材料,摆上2-3颗牡蛎,撒少许贡糖末,包成春卷状即可。(3)煎盘里放少许油烧热,摆进春卷煎至皮酥脆即可。食用时蘸甜辣酱。
春卷很吸油,比较适合煎。放进油里炸会很腻的。。。

三鲜卷 :
海鲜料 :三文鱼,中虾仁切丁,蟹腿撕成小块,加少许香菜末,盐,胡椒粉,橄榄油拌均。
春卷皮摊开,铺上紫菜叶,上摆少许海鲜料,卷成桶型。入油锅以中小火炸酥即可。

青蚵海虹卷 :
牡蛎,海红(也称淡菜或青口)烫熟取肉; 韭菜切段。春卷批摊开,铺上芝麻叶或紫苏叶,适量海红/牡蛎/韭菜,撒少许五香粉/胡椒粉/盐,卷成春卷形状,入油锅炸至酥脆即可。食用时蘸甜辣酱。
