Already : 已经 before a certain time; by the time 
 
 
1. The little girl had already eaten three slices of pizza, she was tempted to eat one more.


2. When we came in , we found they had already arrived.


 


All ready : 一切准备就绪
 
1. The children were all ready to leave for the movie when I arrived home.


2. I was all ready to take the injured man to the hospital when the paramedice arrived.
