[岚厨房] 健康版红油抄手

川菜一直是我最喜欢的菜系,最近朋友圈里不断有人发馄饨的照片。在馄饨的吃法里,我最喜欢红油抄手。只是现在不比当年的,不敢再吃那正宗的红油 - 那可是实打实的油啊。所以就自己改了改,没正宗的香,但味道还是不错的。连不吃馄饨的老公也夸口呢。

步骤:

  1. 将小青菜洗净,切碎,也猪肉馅,盐拌在一起。

  1. 包成馄饨。

  1. 锅中水煮开,下馄饨,煮 2-4 分钟,捞起。

  1. 将葱姜蒜切碎,加花椒粉,辣椒粉,混合。
  2. 锅中放少许油,加入4料炒,在加生抽,香油,和老干妈调料。
  3. 最后加水。
  4. 炒开,将红油倒进装馄饨的碗里,加香菜碎,搅拌。
  5. 5-6步该为,烧热小半锅油,倒入装4料的容器里,再直接加入在加生抽,香油,和辣酱。不加水。)
