重庆火锅来源于船家伙食。南天门码头上,船家回码头以后,各家各户在码头上支上锅子,用辣椒花椒做底料,把肉鱼菜放进去一抄,蘸蒜末吃,也很香,流传下来了。
这两样各有千秋。我都喜欢。
