中国为啥又有跌停板又有熔断机制？一个7%，一个10%，差的也太少了。

没有熔断也就最多跌10%。美国是没有个股跌停，加上机器交易流行所以有个熔断机制。中国有必要搞个床上垒床的机制嘛？
