跌不是因为金三核爆，是 ECB & BOJ 快撞南墙了

BOJ is running out of things to buy on the market. 现在长短利差这么低，再这么下去，日本的金融机构就要破产了。所以 BOJ 有可能搞 reverse twist, 就是把短期的负利率压更低、让长期债券利率升起来，去救银行和其它金融机构

ECB 的 Draghi 也发现QE和负利率对提升欧洲的通胀率没起作用，没招了，所以前两天的ECB会议啥都没做，不扩大QE了
