Bimodal age distribution: 15-35; >55
painless enlarged lymph node, cervical or supraclavicular
fatigue, fever, night sweats, weight loss, generalized pruritis and splenomegaly
Staging:
Stage I: single Ln or single extralymphatic site
Stage II: 2 or more Lns on the same side of diaphram, or 1 Ln and one contagious extralymphatic site
Stage III: Lns on both sides of the diaphram, which may include the spleen and/or
Stage IV: disisseminated involvement of one or more extralymphatic organs
