除了钱：就没有其他的追求了？

MD搞临床科研如教学：在收入方面比全职临床MD的确要差一点。

但钱是买不来传业解惑的成就感的。

真正有passion 的是放弃临床，专职基础研究，收入与Ph.D同工同酬。

还真是要有点奉献精神。

这极少数的MD在推动医学进步，造福人类过程中做出了巨大的贡献。
