西南红岩记（0）行程

去年(2017)春假探访了美国西南大圆环（The Grand Circle) 西部的小圈，http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/42591/201704/3754.html

太喜欢了。 今年春假决定去大圆环的东部，这次的行程图如下：


Day 1: Fly into Phoenix, AZ. PHX -> Sedona, 2hr.
Stay in Sedona, Hyatt, 推荐
如果时间久一点，我更推荐上次住的Enchantment Resort。

Day 2: Sedona。 好几年前曾经来住过一个长周末，非常漂亮的一个小城。强推!
Visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross
Hike the Devil’s Bridge trail （大推）

Pink jeep tour (上次玩过，很好玩）
Take the Airport trail for great panoramic views of Sedona at sunset

Sedona -> Flagstaff, 1hr
Stay in Flagstaff, Hampton Inn，推荐

Day 3: Flagstaff -> Grand Canyon east entrance, 1hr
Explore Navajo Point and hike down towards the river 这是唯一和去年西部小圆环行程有重合的一处，是大峡谷我最喜欢的一处景点。


Grand Canyon to Monument Valley, 3hr
Stay at The View hotel, 只此一家，spectacular!
Enjoy the amazing view at sunset


Day 4: Monument Valley -> 4 Corners -> Moab
Morning back country tour with Majestic Monument Valley Touring Co. 推荐
Monument Valley to Four Corners, 2hr 好荒凉的地方，完全是到此一游（不好意思，刚发现行程图上漏了这个地方）。
Four Corners to Arches National Park, 2.5hr

Stay at Moab, Fairfield Inn & Suites, 推荐。

Day 5: Arches National Park
Hikes：
The Windows area
Park Avenue
Landscape arch
Delicate Arch at Sunset (霹雳推荐）

other option: Fiery Furnace (book ahead)
Stay at Moab, Fairfield Inn & Suites

Day 6: Canyonland National Park
Hike: Mesa Arch for sun rise (不推荐）
Grandview Point
Green River Overlook

Gooseneck State Park (大力推荐）


Moab -> Torrey, 2.5hr
Capitol Reef National Park
Stay at Torrey, Broken Spur Inn

Day 7: Capitol Reef National Park

Visit the historic area
Hike: Capitol Gorge trail
other options: Hickman Bridge, Grand Wash, Cassidy Arch

Capitol Reef -> SLC, 3.5 hr
Stay at SLC Hilton, 方便第二天飞回家。
