去年在佛罗里达 Palm beach 他的海湖庄园旁边以一千八百五十万美元买的一个一万平方英尺（930 平方米）的大豪宅。贷款一千一百二十万，30 年的抵押贷款，4.5 % 的利息。五年后利息可以增加（是 5 year ARM 吧？）.

他这个房子租 八万一千美元一个月，到现在还没有租出去，一直空着。 

不过他倒是可以 claim  business loss,  tax write off

这个房子是 Trump 从他姐姐那买的.
