- 130g Lukewarm Milk - 130克温牛奶
- 1 1/3 tsp (4g) Dry Yeast - 1 1/3茶匙(4克)干酵母
- 1tsp Sugar - 1茶匙糖
1. 牛奶酵母溶液静置10分钟激活酵母,制香蕉泥,厨师机揉面
2. 醒发,整形,二次醒发
