人到中年-要补充维生素吗?

补品这方面是个大坑,因为有巨额资本运营。身边有朋友加入这类营养品的营销中,有一些人确实是更健康了,但是我认为不是那些产品有什么神奇的功效,多半还是关注自己的身体以后,会在多方面改善,比如多运动,调节压力,多交朋友等等。搞现代西医的,相信循证学,就是如果要推什么治疗措施,需要有数据证明有效性,安全性。不然就是忽悠。我不否认,非主流的治疗也许对有些情况,有的人有效,但是那些不符合我的底层的逻辑,我选择不信。维生素这事上,最近听了一个Mayo clinic诊所的节目,特别符合我的想法:
--年轻女生,孕妇可以考虑补含铁的维生素
--65+,可以考虑B12, 年纪大了,吸收率下降,15-20%的B12缺乏
--每天没有10分钟日晒的人(VUA-那种可以被玻璃挡住的),考虑补VitD
--鱼油的好处,有争议。
我的眼科大夫支持补鱼油,我在冬天补VitD,就这么简单。其他什么卵磷脂,葡萄籽,CoQ10, probiotic,都是空穴来风, 不如花些精力,把饮食结构完善起来,吃自然的食物,有多种天然的健康成分。维生素类产品,没有FDA的严格审查,基本是靠声誉。就算是产品安全,没用的东西不必劳神。人类可以有试管婴儿了,婴儿也是可以吃fomula- 奶粉长到几岁,但是正常人还是吃饭长大,不是吃补品,代餐长大的。
