今晚开会做出很多重大决定，回想在现在的诊所工作了10多年了。变化还真挺大。

–2012年开始有专门的医生看医院病人，省得门诊/病房来回跑

–大约5年前，从每周5天看病人到4.5天

–从2020年开始,tumor board支持远程

–虽然有了更多的挑战，比如越来越多的新药，但诊所也在顺应时代的进展，飞快地发展和革新

–医生/APN比当年翻了2-3倍
