一日不讀書 - 黄庭坚

北宋著名文学家黄庭坚曾说：

一日不读书，尘生其中；

两日不读书，言语乏味；

三日不读书，面目可憎。

Huang Tingjian Quoteth:

“Neglecting perusing for one day, one’s mind will begin to rust.

If neglected for two days, one’s speech will strew dull dust.

When neglected for three days, one’s appearance will face disgust.”
