这个调味很简单，用的是前些天买的Italian Seafood & Poultry Rub, 其中有Pepper,Rosemary,Parsley, Dill, Paprika and Seasalt,所以没有再加其他的调味料了。
腌30分钟，1tsp butter煎熟即可。
