苹果系列(一)微波炉苹果乳香夹心玉米发糕


根据露西霓娜的玉米发糕改编,在此谢谢二位!

材料:
面1/4杯
玉米面3/4杯
酸奶油(Sour cream)3/4杯
糖1/4杯
油4大勺
蛋3个
发粉(baking podwer) 1 小勺
苹果2-3个

栗子馅
栗源熟板栗1袋(5.3 oz)
糖3大勺
酸奶油1/4杯

做法:
1. 做栗子馅:栗子,糖放入food processor打碎,加酸奶油打匀待用

2. 3/4杯酸奶油加糖先拌匀,再加蛋,油拌匀。
3. 玉米面,面粉,发粉拌匀后筛入蛋糊。
4. 半个苹果削皮切薄片置一小碗微波炉1分钟转软做花。其余苹果削皮切瓣

5. 铺1/2面糊入涂好薄油的烤盘。均匀铺上栗子泥,再铺上余下的1/2面糊。

6. 码上一圈苹果瓣包保鲜膜再转10-12分钟。

7. 苹果片层层叠叠码一堆,中间一俩片卷成花心就好了。
