2006-12-09: CSIQ CAAS

CSIQ is a good buy time now.From its sec filing, its IPO total is 7.7M total. My reasoning is that the dropoff is due to the offering. Now the IPO shares is almost gone, it's almost the time for MM come to play. not much room to go down. ER report on DEC.11, 2006, nex Wed After Market Close. The lowest point is 10.20. 10.20/0.98 = 10.41. If it comes down to 10.40 again. It's a good time to buy.
Remark on 2006-12-13:
Indeed I got in @10.40, but burned right away.
I held this stock only  for one day, and was stopped out @10.10 which is a new low.
Loss = 200*0.3 = 60.
Lesson: Falling knife, don't catch it!

CAAS: now it has moved into a new box, it shold not drop below 10.75. below 10.75/0.98 = 10.97 is a good buy.
Remark: MM seems to move this one up and down to create some pattern to prepare for future distribution.
