分享个激素free的治疗湿疹的好方子

治湿疹我有个好方子，分享下。保证健康，简单，方便。

最纯的那种橄榄油，extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed, 5
甘油,glycerin 2
芝麻油，香油，sesame oil, cold pressed, 2
杏仁油 almond oil, cold pressed 1

全放一块，调匀，用棉签蘸出擦在宝宝的湿疹处，次数不拘，有时间就擦擦，每
天五六七八次。我家巴宝宝去年冬天也长湿疹，就这样擦好的，前后两周都不到。至今没有复发，所以应该算是根治了吧？这个混合油，放置一会儿就会隔离，所以每次用之前都要好好调匀了。一次弄上一杯，可以室温存放，也可以冰箱保存，我当时就放在室温下，一杯还没有用完呢，宝宝湿疹就好了。也可以买一个带pump的瓶子，装上，一次挤出一滴来，方便干净。

最好的是，宝宝湿疹好了以后，甘油可以用来护肤，别的油可以用来拌凉菜，一点不浪费。这些东西，几乎任何一个食品超市都有售，甘油可以在drug store找到，真是很容易买到的东西。又没有激素的担忧。家有湿疹宝宝的妈妈们都可以试试。这年头，什么都是安全第一。

这不是我的方子，是从亲亲宝贝里搜出来的。我刚才也搜了一下，未果。我唯一不很确定的就是比例问题。但是，我刚才google了一下，发现有很多妈妈就用这几种油其中的一种，也有把宝宝湿疹治好的例子。所以我有理由相信，比例问题不大。

It is not that important if the portion is not exact. I posted this as this was from a email from a friend. It is effective in a way but the baby also needs to restrict the diet as well. Also, the result is not immediate because it takes time. If the eczema outbreak is really severe, some topical antibiotic treatment maybe needed beside this treatment.

5 parts ORGANIC, EXPELLED OR COLD-PRESSED, EXTRA-VIRGIN olive oil
3 parts 100% pure vegetable glycerin
2 parts ORGANIC, EXPELLED OR COLD-PRESSED, sesame seed oil
1 part SWEET almond oil.

I asked whole food store worker, they told me that expeller or cold pressed means there is not heat treatment during the oil process so that most of the good nutrient in the oil is preserved.

I just started to use this formula on my 2-year-old son. I think it helps. However, if symptom is severe, it is better to use some medicine to control the symptoms first then just keep using the oil. I think at least this oil at least reduced the frequency of steroid medicine I need to use on my son.
