8226;coconut shrimp 做法如下:
原料:大虾16只,面包碎1杯,干椰丝1杯半,五香粉1小勺半,cayenne pepper一小勺,太白粉半杯,盐半小勺,蛋一只。

做法:先把盐,pepper,五香粉和面包碎充分拌匀,再加入耶丝混合。

虾剥壳去泥肠,用厨纸吸干表面水分,沾上一层太白粉。
浸入蛋液,再裹上面包耶丝碎,压压紧。

油热之后,转中火炸4分钟,再开大火炸一分钟左右。一次不要炸超过8个。

我做了 Citrus Dip. 新鲜橙肉两勺+橘子果酱一勺+几滴兰姆酒。

把炸好的虾放厨纸上吸油,装盘。撒上一点parsley和橙皮做装饰。

8226;split pea soup 做法如下
原料:干split pea一包(一磅装),带骨smoked hog12盎司,中等大小洋葱一个,咖喱粉半小勺或咖喱块少许(手指一个关节这么大就够),paprika或cayenne pepper一小勺,parsley一小勺,盐3/4大芍。

做法:split pea洗净。洋葱切成碎,用一小块黄油炒香。千万用中小火炒,不能炒焦了。加上8杯水,pea, hog, 和其他所有的调味料。水开后,转中小火炖一个小时15分钟。

肉取出来,用blender把汤给puree了。把肉去骨,切成小丁后再倒入汤中。
(因为灯光关系,这张照片显黄。为了不引起争议,我干脆改成黑白了)

豆芽掐去头尾的须须根根,烫30秒。(掐豆芽是个耐心活儿,我一根一根掐了45分钟。。。也给大家看看没掐的豆芽的残样儿,区别有点大)

青瓜和火腿切成和豆芽差不多细的丝儿,先炒。最后加上豆芽。除了盐,啥也不用放,很清口的一道菜。

8226;白菜包 原料:白菜,肉馅 (我用的是包馄饨剩下的一坨馅儿)
白菜烫30秒,泡冰水。沥干,包馅儿。蒸8分钟。用留在蒸碗里的汁儿勾芡。
