现在正是吃蟹的好时节,蟹饼做法如下:

原料图:

主要材料:
蟹肉12盎司,我是自己剥的蟹肉,用了一整只太平洋蟹 (dungepons crab )
青椒1/2杯,
葱2根
Ritz饼干碎1/3杯(约8块左右)
蛋一只
面粉少许

调味料:
蛋黄酱(mayonnaise)1/4杯
Worcestershire sauce 一小勺
盐一小勺
大蒜粉1/4小勺
cayenne pepper 1/4小勺
芥末(mustard)一小勺
半个柠檬挤出的汁

做法:
青椒和葱切碎,乐之饼干碾碎

再加上蟹肉,蛋,和所有的调味料充分混合。握成小饼。

在平底锅里热1/3杯油,将蟹饼粘上面粉后,煎至两面金黄。
(每面大约煎3分钟)

用蛋黄酱混合柠檬汁和芥末作为蘸酱。黄瓜不只是做装饰用,还可以解油腻。
