小白菜在开水里烫熟摆盘，冬菰木耳洗净泡软(泡冬菰水别扔)，先热锅不放油把冬菰
木耳炒干水分，搁点油蒜蓉炒香后倒入泡冬菰水盖盖焖。快好时下点盐糖酱油生粉
水收汁，淋点麻油，给几颗温水泡过滴枸几就成!

蟹肉煎双蛋
蟹肉罐头里滴蟹肉，鸡蛋打匀调味，下油锅煎，一个咸鸡蛋打在中间，煎熟就可开吃

免炸香脆鸡腿
