Last night when I had a zoom wine chat with my friends, we were talking about how we miss traveling before the pandemic. My friend in Germany said she and her husband traveled to Denmark to visit her in-laws in September since her father-in-law had a surgery. She said she actually felt quite safe since the airplant was quite empty.

This morning I woke up and saw the email my German friend sent to us included the article says

Studies show COVID-19 exposure risk is minimal when air filtration systems and masks are in use:

"The latest research is showing that aircraft cabins are among the safest of public indoor environments. According to a recent study conducted by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), the risk of COVID-19 exposure on board our planes is almost zero thanks to advanced air filtration systems, required mask-wearing and diligent cleaning protocols."

“Sounds reassuring, and - based on science - I guess it must be (close to?) true....” She wrote.

Thus makes me almost want to travel again….but maybe better be safe than sorry?

By the way, today is day 30 since I started daily writing in English in this forum. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and great support!

My one minute practice began today. (In case you are interested in the practice too, here is the detail https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/mysj/215906.html )

I did today's  practice right after I got up this morning. Mission accomplished:)

Thank you for reading, again, if you see any mistakes, please correct me. Until next time!
