① 《在特洛伊的治癒》是 該劇重譯希臘悲劇詩人索福克勒斯的《菲羅克特忒斯》，劇中英雄射手菲羅克特忒斯在隨軍遠征特洛伊途中被蛇咬傷，傷口化膿，疼痛不已，因此被遺棄在荒島上。當希臘勇士攻城不克時，想起這位神弓手，派人到荒島把他接到特洛伊戰場。在希尼看來，只有在特洛伊戰場上，這位射手才能真正治癒蛇傷，才能恢復英雄本色。中譯片段是菲羅克特忒斯的詩體自白。

History says don't hopeOn this side of the grave.
