做法如下:
1 萝卜切丝码盐,时间20分钟以上
2 萝卜丝挤干摆锅里放油炒,加自己喜欢的配料:传统的如虾仁、香菇、香肠等;或用趁手的食料。因为临时起意,家里没香肠,所以我把红烧肉切粒做配料;娃不喜欢香菇和虾仁,因而也没放。但都没影响味道。随心所欲就体现在这一步
3 腌萝卜的汁加入粘米粉调匀。粘米粉跟萝卜丝的比例1:2。若汁不多,可加水
4 炒好的萝卜丝及配料趁热倒入粘米粉中搅匀,粉浆不流动就行
5 把4倒入容器上火蒸20到30分钟
6 放凉切片,成;还可以放油煎来吃
