紫豆角炒瘦肉

材料:瘦肉條, 豆角,蒜頭
豆角洗淨切二寸長,瘦肉用鹽, 糖, 生抽, 豆粉,紹酒, 麻油,胡椒粉醃15分鐘.
熱鑊加入油,爆香蒜片,落瘦肉炒至7成熟(放在一旁),原鑊下豆角加水炒勻,蓋蓋煮10分鐘,再把瘦肉回鑊和豆角一起炒勻加入鹽 生抽調味煮約 5 分鐘即成。

排骨飯

這個飯是去喝茶的時候吃的,我把它當晚餐,老公喜歡吃.
材料: 排骨,煮熟的硬飯,豆豉,紅椒.
醃料: 鹽, 糖, 生抽, 豆粉,紹酒,味精或雞粉,油.
把排骨放在醃料里醃30分鐘,硬飯放在碗里壓平,放醃好的排骨在上面,把豆豉,紅椒放在上面,用foil包住,蒸45分鐘即成

照燒八抓魚

把八抓魚洗干淨,煮滾水,放八抓魚下滾水煮一下拿起,然后放在煮好的Teriyaki Sauce里再煮2分鐘,吃的時候放芝麻在上面, 我煮得太久了,所以又干又硬.
照燒醬是用日本生抽,糖,薑,蔥, 日本酒和味淋做成的.

甜酸雞球

材料: 雞肶, 洋蔥, 紅 緣甜椒, 鹽, 糖, 生粉, 油
調味: 茄汁, 白醋, 糖鹽, 茄汁, 白醋, 糖, 水, 生粉
雞肶洗淨去皮,切小塊,加醃料醃半小時。 熱鑊下油將雞炒熟放在一旁備用。 加油下鑊,下洋蔥炒香再下紅 緣甜椒炒幾下,將雞塊放下炒勻至全部雞塊均沾上調味汁,炒勻即可上碟。
