浮生飘絮 （九十二：山重水复）

Wish we had known earlier
the grammar govening the course of ife:
How to write the first sentence,
Where to rest with a comma,
Where to end with a full-stop,
& where to begin the next paragraph
......

Only after we had lived through them,
did we really understand the errors
that we could have avoided.
Such is life.

We try to teach our children
the costly lessons we've learned.

They either have no interest in listening to you,
 or think you may have just made something up,
until the same errors they have repeated & lived through.
Such is life.
