酥得掉渣的鲜肉月饼，是一年四季都受大家喜欢的美食之一，如果家人对榨菜不过敏的，加上榨菜，口感会更好

 

食材：

1)猪肉馅 230克

  糖15克

  蜂蜜 一大勺 1tbsp

  生抽 一茶匙 1tsp

 熟白芝麻：一茶匙 1tsp

 白酒/姜泥/香葱

2) 水油皮

   中筋面粉150克

   糖 15克

   猪油 60克

  水42克

3）油酥：

  中筋面粉 100克

 猪油：50克

做法：

1油酥做好之后放入冰箱冷藏15分钟

2.水油皮做好之后室温松弛15分钟左右

3.把水油皮和油酥分成均等的8份 ，用水油皮包住油酥，把面胚擀成牛舌状态

4包适量的肉馅，滚圆，上面刷蛋液，撒适量的黑芝麻，加入提前预热好的烤箱390烤25分钟
