《本草纲目》记载,红糖性温、暖胃健脾、益气补血、健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤的作用。
注意要点NOTE:
- 红糖水要降温至35度时方可放酵母,避免酵母烫死。

- 发酵时间要看室温温度、室温低发酵时间要长,常温(23度左右)要发1-2个小时。

- 第一次发酵后、排出气体后,盖上盖子再次发酵至面糊变大
